Sharon has dedicated her entire career to the nonprofit sector, education, coaching, and leadership. Whether working with youth, supporting families, or developing leaders, her through-line has always been creating positive, meaningful impact. She brings passion, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping people thrive into everything she does.

After decades in education, Sharon realized that in order to truly care for her own family’s future, she needed to be intentional about building financial freedom. Real estate became the perfect vehicle — not just for wealth creation, but for living out her values of purpose, empowerment, and win-win-win opportunities.

Her interest in real estate began back in 1995, when she bought Carlton Sheets’ Zero Down cassette course and caught the investing bug. She made her first purchase in 2007 with a condo, followed by a vacation rental that launched her BRRR journey. Over time, she grew her portfolio to include duplexes and single-family homes across the country. Sharon has hands-on experience in property management, rehabbing, flipping, and long-term buy-and-hold strategies.

In 2023, she added private money lending to her investing toolkit and founded Quick Caring Home Solutions LLC. Through QCHS, Sharon helps everyday people earn truly passive income by using self-directed IRAs to fund loans secured by real estate. Her lenders enjoy tax-deferred, double-digit returns with predictable, reliable income — without the headaches of managing properties.

Today, Quick Caring Home Solutions maintains a growing portfolio in Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, and throughout the Midwest. Its mission is rooted in its motto: Help Families. Grow Wealth. Sharon believes that real estate can create financial stability, generational opportunity, and deeply meaningful impact — for lenders, for families, and for communities.
