Sharon has dedicated her entire career to the nonprofit sector, education, coaching, and leadership. Whether working with youth, supporting families, or developing leaders, her through-line has always been creating positive, meaningful impact. She brings passion, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping people thrive into everything she does.

Around the time she began her career in education, she also began learning about real estate. In 1995, she bought Carlton Sheets’ Zero Down cassette course and caught the investing bug. She made her first purchase in 2007 with a condo, followed by a vacation rental that launched her BRRR journey. Over time, she grew her portfolio to include duplexes and single-family homes across the country. Sharon has hands-on experience in property management, rehabbing, flipping, and long-term buy-and-hold strategies.

In 2023, she added private money lending and creative financing to her investing toolkit and founded Quick Caring Home Solutions LLC (QCHS). Through QCHS, Sharon helps everyday people earn truly passive income by using self-directed IRAs / Solor 401Ks to fund loans secured by real estate. Her lenders enjoy tax-deferred, double-digit returns with predictable, reliable income — without the headaches of managing properties.

Today, Quick Caring Home Solutions maintains a growing portfolio in Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, and throughout the Midwest. Its mission is rooted in its motto: Help Families. Grow Wealth.
